Maybe this makes me odd but I don't use cologne to attract anyone. I just happen to enjoy scents and the changes in the scent throughout the day. For instance, wearing grey vetiver today, it starts out very strong and green in the morning, just what I need to wake me up and give me a lift in the morning. Now in the afternoon it is subdued, non-distracing, but still pleasent when I get a whiff of it.

FWIW, I know I am probably in the minority in my love for smells in general.

Well, there is no scientific proof that human pheromones even exist.

Taking this to its logical conclusion, we can posit that both you and he are gay douche bags - but (possibly) that you and he smell nice.
