Depending upon who you see about this, it can get quite expensive.

HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 1803
I agree that deanbn's comments were way over the line. Some of what he said was just standard herd-instinct stuff, but some was just opinion masquerading as fact (like the comment on pocket squares). In addition, when considering jacket length, one has to pay attention to whole body proportions not just rely on simple rules. Timotune is slim and short. The combination means that a jacket of what many would consider to be the 'proper' length would look too long for him, especially contempory standards. And yes, standards of jacket length have changed and have not remained eternal over the last two centuries - the fashion and style thing has some merit when you come to outrageously bad dressing (MC Hammer pants for example, or leisure suits), but trying to apply it to force others to conform to narrow generic norms turns it into a cliché. The more 'mod' style of which Timotune's look makes fairly conservative allusions towards, has been around since the early 1960s (that's 50 years now) and shows no sign of going away - how long is it before fashion becomes style? The 'critique' also pays no account of the fact that actually Timotune has been paying a lot of attention to the more constructive feedback he has got here, while at the same time retaining the element of what makes it his look and not just some generic look.

I can be serious, too

Thinking of giving the new suit a litlle more drape, like this:

Your thoughts?
This is one of my favorite fits from you Timo. The taper doesn't bother me at all, as I think I'm just used to your preferences for that look and it just suits you. Just like O/O like the fuller cuts, you like the slimmer cuts...you guys do your own styles well.

Full body shots included today.
Gant navy Blazer
Light blue herringbone shirt from Bruun & Stengaade
Tie from Artesanos Camesieros
PS - Breuer
Flannell trousers from Oscar Jacobson
Monks - C&J.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)I really like your fits Anden, but this one is really good. Those flannel slacks are fantastic, but there appears to be some stacking with those large cuffs. Maybe hem them a bit to remove that effect? Great look overall though, the tie and square combo is awesome.
