Hey all,
Long time no post. Got the green jacket about two months back and finally managed to get some pictures the other day:
Replaced the metal buttons with brown horn, and re-cut the pants.
Forrest green "Sidi" (judging by online research, a Mexican brand?) DB jacket.
Blue T&A shirt.
Red/blue/light blue tie.
Light blue plaid PS.
Gray H&M wool pants.
Brown Dockers belt.
Brown Sundial Norwegian shoes.
Comments and suggestions always welcome!
And yes, I know someone will bring up the damn "Master's Green Jacket" by posting this.
Awesome! Absolutely love the jacket! Very nice colour and the fit looks great too. You've inspired me to look for something similar! Was your's an eBay purchase?
I like the jacket, shirt and shoes, but overall I don't think the top half and the bottom have are very cohesive. The jeans and belt have a very rugged look, while the shirt and jacket have a crisp, tailored look. The jacket in particular seems to have a strongly roped shoulder that clashes with the casual vibe (although I think the jacket itself is beautiful.)

Thanks guys. I'll cut you in for a percent of the gross if I get the part! .

Went to church today, just to get another chance to wear some clothing that does not include a black shirt. I am having some difficulty with my alterations person regarding tapering the pants. I can see that by this I should have argued a bit more.
cross-posted from MC casual - not sure where this falls to.
The jacket is very nicely styled. The wide peak lapels and the roped shoulders are great. I'm not the biggest fan of sport coat with jeans, but that's just me. What's going on with your sleeves? They're halfway down your hand.
Love the jacket shirt and watch. Fits your personality.
I'd go for a slimmer jeans. The stonewashed thing is a little risky and that rise is way too high.

I think in general the cut and slimness is not working well with his outfit. I love going jeans+blazer, but when they look baggy it can make the look sloppy. - Top Half is great, bottom half looks sloppy. Some straight leg jeans, just a tad bit shorter also, would look much nicer.
As far as the color/tone -> I like darker, but I think it would work out well for him if the jeans were just slimmer
