+1... yes it is a tad short but the button stance is more of an issue... agreed 100%.

Would you be able to post in this proposed thread? Just asking...

Tibor knows some people who know some people.

You have been warned.

I think it's only the hat which is throwing people, and those people are clearly not very familiar with Tibor and his signature style anyway. Apart from the hat there's nothing particularly anachronistic.

Plus billowy pent leg could be movement and/or sea breeze. A standing shot would've solved that little mystery.

You are a smart man. It was an incredibly windy and cool day today, but still very sunny at the PB beach. The wind was so forceful I could not walk on the other side of the boardwalk without my fedora blowing off. Luckily in the first pic I was standing behind a large shopping centre blocking the wind.

This is my new favorite fedora as it fits my proportions and dimensions better than any other hat for my personal style.

Open crown 6"
creased into teardrop crown 5 3/8
brim 2 9/16
Color medium bluish grey (Bankers Grey)

IMHO I see nothing anachronistic about the hat, just timelessly elegant and classic. To each their own.

The hat, by definition, is anachronistic. The real consideration is whether or not that is to your liking.

The colors and fit are excellent, Tibor. Other than that, I cannot see how this outfit would look in place in San Diego on the beach. What is the general reception of your outfits by other people?

Hey at least I am wearing a RLPL Keaton collar for the 90% of Style Forum posters who base all their opinions on "Group Think" :P biggrin.gif
