It helps a bit. For a more meaningful fit critique, try relaxing a bit too; it helps everything sit where it will naturally fall in IRL instead of appearing awkwardly stiff/twisted.

^ I like the elements of both looks, although the coat in the 2nd pic is too close in color to the pants. That said, it is a beautiful sportcoat.


^I like all of the elements here. Beautiful shoes and the Garrison lapels are awesome, but as already stated, the coat is way too tight. I am not sure its really about hitting the gym either because you look to be in good shape I think you should size up.


^Tie and shirt look nice. I am personally not a fan of peak lapels on a SB coat, but it looks fine. I would suggest though (as it appears you are building a nice basic wardrobe) that you start with more versatile items - for example a notch lapel navy suit. I think down the road you will be happier (obviously just my opinion) and would get more use.

The second look is a disaster. COat looks dated and a little short and the tie does not work with the rest.
