HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 1160
Basic Summary of Round 1: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

The PS is the least of your worries..
From top to bottom:
- grow your hair as currently it is not flattering
- shirt collar looks to tight hence sitting up
- wider tie to balance out your lapels & face
- tie clip needs to be worn lower, this is a functional piece not an ornament
- jacket is too tight at waist
- hard ti tell about the sleeve length as both are not balanced to your arms
- pull your pants up as these are not jeans
- shorten pant length
- is there a reason why you always choose this most unflattering location?

on, how old are you?
where are you getting your clothes?
your jacket looks like it belongs on a middle schooler - too small?
collar + tie gap is too emphasized
look at VICTORSF's pictures and dress like that dude...

ps. i know you are asian and all but cut out the porcupine hair-do... its

Doing the VictorSF/upr_crust (badly).
black/grey/blue check suit.
light blue shirt.
3.75" navy tie.
light blue PS.
silver Skagen.
brown full brogues.
Okay, so it's been two months since I've posted here. Some of the things I've tried to work on per some of the suggestions here:
-buying a bigger suit set.
-not touching waist suppression on the jacket as to not make it too tight.
-changing hair style (no more spikes).
-using wider width ties (went from 2.5-3/3.5" width).
-pulling up pants a little (pants are hemmed fine, but I've had my tailor re-cut them to be skinnier, so it might stack a little on bigger shoes like gunboats).
-making neck NOT disappear.
I love this suit and how it fits, but that'st just me doing the
.Yes? No? Maybe so? Comments and suggestions welcome.

Okay dokey. Round 3 of wannabe's sartorial success. Let's give it a go again!

Huge improvement! First off, hats off for being amenable to criticism and so willing to change... even your hairstyle! For many that's a sensitive spot. Hairstyle alone looks way better.
Personally, I would not taper your pants so much. You seem to have a good upper body and this seems wholly unnecessary. Let them flow. The taper is causing you to look ever so slightly like a pair of calipers because of the way the arc from the top of your shoulder to the foot moves inward so much. The taper looks a little too "internet friendly," and in my opinion a fuller shape would make the whole thing look very handsome and not so trendy. 3.75'' tie seems pushing it, but it's tucked away so no harm done. I don't personally like seeing that shred of your belt, so maybe you could pull pants up a tad? Also, the matching handkerchief is corny. Try something in brown with a neat pattern for this ensemble. This is all for your own good.
Very excellent improvement though that is worthy of commendation.

there's something weird about the jacket fit, maybe needs to be let out at the waist just a touch but otherwise this is really really good...
even when I'm no expert, I think you have improved a lot...

you're making improvements but...
why would you want any stacking when wearing a suit?
...
it look terrible
I have seen your progression over the past year or so... and I have to say... GREAT improvement. It takes a big man to post his outfits on the interwebz, but it takes an even bigger man to learn from the suggestions that people have give to him. You are more mature in the way that you handle criticism than many [other candidates: Dig, BleachBoy]. So hats off to you for that.
First off, the hairstyle looks great. Much more professional looking, and it frames your face better. I give you an A+ on that.
The suit--looks much better than the previous two attempts, but there are areas to fix. I think the pants look fine enough, but the jacket is still wonky. I think your outfit in itself looks fine though, I don't have a problem with the pocket square. Shoes, shirt, suit, square, tie... everything looks very nice together, and it looks good with your complexion. The jacket fit is off, but not enough to make the biggest difference.
