Sorry but this isn't really working for me. That SC calls out for a more casual fit, maybe without a tie and the top button undone. Also that PS fold looks too precious for me. I like the SC fabric though. Note that I'm not a big fan of bowties so I might be biased.
I'm not a huge fan of bowties either, but I disagree with you on the fit. It looks awesome.
Yeah it looks good. I wonder if you fastened one more button on your shirt you wouldn't be changing the opening by much but you might get the collar to stand up a little straighter and avoid that sloppy limp overcome that happens.
I usually do button one up, but today was pretty warm.

Concurred. Personally I would never wear button down shirts, nor bow ties outside of a tux, but I'm happy to see them as elements of your personal style. Life would be boring if we all dressed the same. Outside of that you invariably have great outfits, slim tailoring on jacket and trousers, nice combinations - all these pics are very good.
Linen does not go with jeans, and certainly not with a winter scarf. You know that.

I may have been on my own "ignore" list because I forgot I had posted this. I just remembered and came back to find the expected "YOU'RE WRONG!" "Yeah, man, +1" stuff. I suppose this is why I now spend most of my time looking at CBD WAYWRN. I have never read anything about where it is appropriate to wear linen, certainly not in any book. It is simply common sense. Linen is warm weather wear. It isn't really even spring wear in NYC, which is where I believe NYR is wearing it, since this time of year in NYC can often still be sub-65 degrees. By the same token, when it become warm enough to wear linen in the city, no one in his right mind would wear jeans (assuming one has the option not to). Re: the scarf - if it is a summer scarf, mea culpa. It looks like a warm lambswool or cashmere scarf from Press or the Andover Shop and sometimes breaking the rules isn't cool, it's just stupid. I really like Rob's contributions to this forum but sometimes I just think his outfits are off. This falls into that bucket, despite what the SF Group Think police have to say.
This jacket is a size (or two) too large, Bateman.

I suspect that they're too wide through the thigh for how narrow they are at the cuff, but that's just an uneducated guess. You might want to post this in the Fit Critique thread.
