You're a dope. When people say you actually have good steez, I want to say, 'pics or GTFO!'. Unless very subtle, two patterns tend to not work well at all!

Wow, I can't believe you haven't been banned for 1. being a complete douche and/or 2. for having no steez-sense whatsoever!

Stop; trust us on this one. Matt knows what he's doing. You're playing with fire. And for the record, two patterns. Thank you for the kudos.

I apologize if my posts to duplicate. Versed in the settings of the forum, I do not see my first message here.

Greetings to all!

I read this forum a few years.

There are a lot of interesting information and interesting people.

Decided to first write here.

Sorry, I do not speak English. I will try to translate and answer, but I can not promise.

Also, I apologize for grammar and spelling ...

I will upload pictures of what I wore today.
And also some old photos from its archive. As I was wearing the other days earlier.

Today:

Of old:

Good first post. I love the grey suit, the tassels and the pocket square. I'm not that crazy about the shirt though as I have a hard time with those contrast patterns lurking about under your shirt cuffs. I am however looking forward to seeing more from you as you've got (as someone's already mentioned) a good sense of style.

Thank you!

I'm an athlete. I have a significant difference in the volumes of the chest, waist and hips :(

95% of all my belongings in the locker room - is bespoke.

Blue dress in the photo - it's mixed material: linen, silk, wool.

It is very wrinkled and holds its shape.

Perhaps the impression uncomfortable - from battered tissue in the shoulder and arm.

Thanks again for your comment!

Welcome, VictorSF. Nice photography, and I dig your style.

That really looks like a Drakes tussah, but it's much darker than the green one they're selling now. Is it a Panta?

Yep, Its Pantarrific. Im trying to resist the sale Drakes tussahs that just went live a few hours ago. HNNNNGHHHH

I always prefer the trousers with the cuffs. That tie is RUSTIC! Maybe just me, but I think it might be too fuzzy for the worsted in this look.

Its superfuzzy. The more I wear it the more it looks like chenille  And the suit is a 70/30 cashmere silk, so it has some sheen to it, hence the slubberific tie.

No good full length shots today, only closeups.

I wish to god you abandoned that style of shoe and went just a bit sleeker. I think it would change everything about your whole image, for the better. Im not saying go full on G&G deco, just something a little more sleek, not so blobby. I always like most of your chothing choices, but Ive never said to myself "Damn, Lufty, nice shoes". FWIW.

He probably means more the style of watch, not really the color. Which I totally understand, and if that's the case, he's right. However I wear this watch most every day, just chose to highlight it today because of the color interplay.

Watch is fine. I guess I don't really like green there, but whatever. I don't like things that match too closely, but now I realize it wasn't a special attempt to do so. I do like the look overall.

No, no, no. That is not an SF rule, unless this place has really gone to the dogs. Also, the pocket square alignment is fine. Jeez!

Not in a good way, though. Sorry Spoo, the rest is nice.

There's a search function, JA01. You can look for some of Matt's fits. Or go to the pre-2010 WAYWRN Hall of Fame thread. He's there, too. You might also find some fits with patterned ties and shirts, too...

Going to tread lightly here with minimal investment (as to avoid the probable :censored: moment). Here's my list*:

- Remove the sleeve tag immediately
- Learn to tie a double four-in-hand knot
- Learn to tighten your knots (so there is no separation at the collar)
- Wear a less electric shirt
- Wear a less predictable/dated tie

*My bluntness is not meant to be rude, but rather succinct and informative.

haha yeah i was just trying it all on together so the tags and all that havent been cut yet, i have a white and black shirt as well i haven't had much experience with ties. what sort of ties and shirts would work with pinstripes better? also the shirt is actually less electric than in the picture but my phone made the color much "stronger" id say than it really is. excuse me for asking but what do you mean by a predictable/dated tie im still very new haha.

I was actually thinking of wearing this hat with them too some reason its sideways but i really like the pattern on it
