HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 837

Very much enjoyed meeting the Bigbeard yesterday, with a visit to Davide Taub at Maurice Sedwell being a highlight. There are some incredible vintage suits by Andrew Ramroop on display to celebrate his 40 years on Savile Row; even the pre-England pieces were high quality

I've had the suit most of the year and placed it in summer storage without having lengthened the legs, which are more flared than truly wide. TTO and I actually discussed it at one point and it will probably be done very soon

Very close - Regent's Street is to our right; Oxford Street is in the background. It's not even the first time this month that I've been photographed outside that particular station exit, funnily enough

And thanks to the "likers," especially Spoo's "PIMPS IN LONDON" comment

Fit as in rig, get up, look. Not like as it fits. smile.gif

It would have been a hoot if I was there. frown.gif

NYR... I'm a big fan of yours, but I find the length of your current beard to be a little off-putting. It's like you're channeling Grizzly Adams in NYC!

The colour of the suit is really nice. Is it Pal Zileri by the way?

It's a Kiton. If you're bored (and I mean really bored) you can read up on their amazing customer service here.

1. Saddle shoes. The level of formality of the white shirt, tie bar and pocket square doesn't go well with a pair like that.
2. Shirt collar being too small with the collar points showing.

The colors are good and the pocket square is very nice. Change the shoes and you'll have a winner.

Thanks for the feedback, will keep all of this in mind!

See that there, on my suit just over the pocket square? Looks like a wet spot? The remnants of my daughters tears dropping her off to school. Someone please tell me when this gets easier. ffffuuuu.gif

Jackets like that remind me to go to church. Because clearly, if that exists, there is a God.

This might be a nice coat, but in the bombast of colors and patterns, it's overboard; it should be the focus of an outfit. A light blue shirt and a solid tie would give it its due. As it is now, though, it gets lost in the frenzy.

Did you ramp up the saturation in this pic, btw? It's like I'm on acid. bounce2.gif
