ETA: That watch/ fob/ compass apparatus is simply off-the-hook! Remember the early 80s when pretty much every three-piece came with one (well...at least one minus the compass...)?

Yep...I am unhappy! happy.gif I think if it is for a funky event it's fine. But for business I would say no...the tie is just too narrow. I do think you have a very cool style about you, in any case.

thanks for the info! seeing the denim does me good. I was thinking about picking up some lighter colored jeans soon, but wasnt sure how theyd look with a sportcoat. couldnt have asked for a better example. fistbump.gif

Two great casual looks. Fit and colour/texture combinations quite impeccable. I especially like the idea of the check DB sports coat. I might have something similar tailored at some point.

I'm trying this sportcoat again with darker pants and more color throughout the rest of the outfit, which I think is an improvement, although now I'm mixing 3 patterns on the top half, which someone will probably dislike... Oh well - here's today:

I like the contrast created by the shoes and trousers, albeit rather pronounced.
