This will fit like a US 9 as the OP says that he is a US 9 and they fit well....

^ True I thought I saw a UK there...I should have mentioned that I've private messaged him and that the shoe is a UK 8.5 and he is a US 9. Face palm wasn't directed at you btw...just sayin Edit: FYI additionally the interior writing on JL shoes are always in UK sizing AFAIK

Seems like a good deal especially including the trees which are a $125 retail cost.

He's pricing the trees at $75; earlier price was $300 so the price would bet $375 - then he's bumping with a drop to $350. Seems reasonable to me.
