Don't think they have lobster in the mediterranean, they have mantis shrimp. They are different...but good.

IIRC the smaller lobsters have more flavor and up to about 5 pounds is a small lobster. So don't get the big one.

yeah, this has been my experience. The larger lobsters are both less sweet and less buttery in flavor
