Not sure it's FedEx as much as it's random.

Got my second package from AFPOS this Monday via FedEx. Arrived two business days after my order. Unreal speed from the UK to US through customs and delivered. No charges either time for me. I'm sure that jinxes my next order by posting, but I can't complain.

It does vary.  I have had numerous (>10) FedEx shipments from the UK and only once charged their CRAZY fees (note I do not mean customs which I will more than happily pay).  I never liked FedEx...

not only the customs, but also they ask me fill some many boring files, like guarantee, commercial invoice etc.

Coloured laces from A Fine Pair Of Shoes:

They're beautiful and look well made. I'm looking forward to using them soon!

I ordered a pair of Alfred Sargent Redgrave from AFPoS the night before last and they came this morning via Fedex before I left for work. That's pretty amazing speed! They fit very well so I gave them a quick suede protector spray and wore them today:

For anyone finding this looking for sizing info, I wear a 9.5E or 10D on the Alden Barrie last, 9F on the C&J and Church's I've got, 10D on the Allen Edmonds 5 last, and I ordered these at 9F. These are on the AS 89 last which seems very wide (which is great for me). They're slightly wider than my Alden Barrie lasted boots.

I'm very pleased with the price, service, and product. Also, Fedex didn't hit me up for customs, so that's good.

The 89 is on a wider last; my Fordhams are also on 89. Great casual last! Looks good and the suede looks really nice

They look great, I ordered a pair of on the 8th, but delivery isn't expected until the 15th. plain.gif
I now remember why I dislike DPD.

Probably the Reggie last 4831 is more sleek than the slightly more rounder toe of the Jude last M265 - both have a beautiful natural welt.

I received my Redgraves today, 4 days ahead of the expected delivery date. DPD has somewhat redeemed itself in my eyes. Great shoes at a great price, it's just a shame that you won't ship Saphir Super Invulner internationally, as it is almost twice as expensive over here in Sweden.

These look awesome. Do you have any better, up-close photos?
