OK I got mine today (very fast priority mail delivery!). They do run a bit slim. I bought a 15.75 (40) blue striped cotton/linen blend; the shirt is BEAUTIFUL, and as-is barely fits my barrel chest. I'd say it'd be perfect for someone who wears a 40, or 42, US-size jacket. I'm a 44 reg and worried that once it's laundered it'll be too slim for me, so if anyone had their eyes on this I'd be happy to re-sell, shipping paid by me.

Did you mean the shirt fits like 15.5?

I don't think I can say it any better than I did -- 15.5 is a neck size and there is no standard for what that translates to in the width of other parts of a shirt. (If you are asking whether it fits like other 15.5 Kiton shirts, I have no idea.) Absent other measurements it's a bit of a crapshoot and for me this is a tiny bit too slim. It would not be too slim for someone who wears a 42 or 40 reg suit jacket.
