If one serving of raw almonds is good for me, then four servings are 4 times as good, right?

I pig out on vegetables, all sorts, and fruits.

Anything in moderation? Almonds are very good in combination with fruits and other nuts.

Yeah I was just laughing at myself because I could have eaten a couple of candy bars and gotten fewer calories

Almonds shouldn't be consumed in moderate or large amounts especially if you like eating foods that have poly unsaturated fats like other nuts, avacados, pork, and most cooking oils. Having a highly inflammatory body is not good for your "bottom line".
