Exactly, when I did a competition prep my waist was about 31-32 on a 6'1" frame. Based on my bone structure it physically couldn't get smaller or tighter.

It's all relative. You can't throw out a general waist ratio.

I'd post pics as an example but I'm sure no one wants me to see me practicing posing in my underwear
