Waist size generalizations

A couple of years ago I was at about 5 or 6 percent body fat and I still wore a 31.

I'm a little north of 6'2, probably 6'3, and I am pretty sure I couldn't achieve a sub-30 waist without having a rib surgically removed. I hover between 31 and 31.5, depending on how much water I'm retaining at the time.

i say 28-29 inch waist (measured at an inch below navel/actual waist) is ideal. im right at 29-30 depending on time of month and my conditioning/diet at the time.
