Does anyone feel as strongly as I do about women's "toe creep?"

I know even less about women's fashion than men's fashion, but I have noticed that I am always extremely turned off when I see a woman's toes creeping out of her high-heels or slipper shoes. It looks like she's trying to squeeze into shoes that won't fit her! I am still a fan of these elegant classics, but for God's sake, woman, learn to wear them, right?

Does anyone else agree? Example below from Details magazine:

I regard toe cleavage the way I regard any other kind, and am no more offended when I see it.
