I'm not sure you are, but if you're equating Elizabeth Taylor and JLo then you're way off. I honestly can't remember any of Lopez's films right now. Seriously. I kind of remember one where she was a maid and one where she was in a car trunk (?), but I can't think of a single movie title of hers.

I get that you look at Taylor today and don't get her fame (well, not today ), but have you ever seen any of her movies? She was a genuinely good actress.

OK, that's just crazy talk. Jenny-From-The-Block was brilliant in that one South Park episode, and her ass was amazing in Anaconda (plus that car trunk movie you're thinking of is Out of Sight and she was pretty good in that, and it was a good movie too).

In the late 90s she followed Selena with a number of well-acted supporting roles in smaller Hollywood productions - Blood and Wine with Caine and Nicholson directed by Rafelson, U-Turn with Penn directed by Oliver Stone, Out of Sight, which is well known, and even The Cell was visually impressive torture porn. Then she tried to become Meg Ryan cum Cher from 2000 onwards, and her career has careened into reality TV hell since.

If only she had stayed the sexy/ creepy girl getting pounded from behind by Nick Nolte instead of turning into Jenny from the Bronx...

Oh, and RIP Liz.
