So, I've noticed that some guys get their hair cut so that the back is cut pretty short, but on the lower point of the back of the head, there's a horizontal line of hair left a bit longer in the middle. I am just asking, what's up with that? Why would anyone want their back of the head cut like that? I think it looks really annoying.
