Bed Frames

My girlfriend hates my bed frame because it moves too much while having sex. I'm looking for a new one (note: I'm fine in the mattress and box spring department).

Criteria
- Doesn't move a lot while having sex on it
- Queen size
- Under $500
- Reasonable to assemble and disassemble

Yeah, those don't move at all.

Alternatively - eml - have you taken a wrench to the current frame to tighten it up? Most beds ought to be pretty stable under most circumstances - anything short of midget tossing shouldn't be a big issue.

Yeah....you can get this bed: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80185066 for like $50+slats and it will be sturdy as hell if you assemble it right. I have one...I lightly sanded and applied rub-on poly to all of the wood. Than I glued the dowel joints (the instructions just have them fit together with friction) and properly tightened all of the bolt joints. It is very stable and you can make some nice adjustments to it (I have seen many people online make it into an upholstered bed. The key with any real wood or metal furniture is to put it together right and to make sure to tighten up the fittings at the first sign of wobble.

People still have sex on the bed? On topic here is what I got being a poor college student. Pretty cheap price wise. Durable. Really simple to put together. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S19849842

I put the mattress and box spring on the floor. This has been much better but I'm still soliciting better suggestions.
