I've been running/jogging a lot more lately. The problem is that when I get home from work/school at 7:00pm, I am super hungry and eat. I don't like to drink any alcohol right before a workout, so I abstain. I don't feel comfortable running until around 9:00pm. I finish around 10:00pm and go to bed. No time for drinking
Maybe I need to start flasking during the day when I go to lunch in-between classes (not get drunk). But it just isn't the same as having a dram of Lagavulin on my comfortable couch in my library at home while reading a good book. I'll just have to hold off until the weekend.
