Yes, twinkilson, I was rather tired. It involved a lot of running. The Connedude is getting in shape

Conne, I tried so hard to hold this back...but lost the battle. Was the Labatt's to wash the bad taste of catching a frisbee in your mouth for two hours?

I just cracked the bottle of 12 year jameson I bought quite a while back but couldn't enjoy because I came down with superaids or something of the sort.

Stone Sour, made with the rather violent Old Potrero rye.

Just got back from an overnighter from seattle, picked this up at the duty free shop on the way down and poured one for myself just now:

Damn we get ripped off in the government liquor stores. Paid $34 at duty free, goes for nearly $50 at liquor stores. A good wind-down to a long day of driving, shopping, and getting speeding tickets (damn US traffic cops are picky... especially knowing us out-of-towners wouldn't bother going all the way back to the county to dispute it).

Just finishing up a jug of Saranac Black Forest. Next, sucking dry the leftover in my Bernheim whiskey bottle (man, this stuff is well worth the money).

Last night a friend introduced me to a new one -- vodka and water (chilled Grey Goose to be precise). That would never have occurred to me, but it was surprisingly good.

Just rolled in from an evening out. Blood orange margaritas with Milagro tequila and Grand Marnier for cocktails. Some jammy pinot noir with dinner. Now just regrouping with some Riesling chills before we head outside.
