Nice. Would like to hear how the Alessio is when you have it.

I love the Alessio--very drinkable, like a less lemony Znaida. I also made a "white negroni" with it (Broker's/Suze/Alessio/Bittermens Boston Bittahs) that was nice (I'll either switch bitters or omit next time, though). Wish I'd brought a bottle of the Sutton Cellars vermouth back with me, too, though. @fairlynerdy

Cocktails, various, at the Dead Rabbitt. The place is 100% artifice, but he cocktails are truly amazing. I'm really surprised.

So looking for a sipper tequila. Let's say under $150? I mean I'd rather start at $50-100. Currently drinking Corralejo Reposado and I like it enough to sip straight up. So what's sort of accessible in terms of style, price, and availability at either a duty free or my local shop?

Also, so about Gin, of which I know a little more. I currently have a bottle of Hendricks. I've tried an American (New Amsterdam) and liked it and a few Londons (Beefeaters, Gordons, and Bombay). Probably liked the Bombay the most. Also had some Tanquaray 10 at one point. So if I own Hendricks, what's the other 1-2 I should have to round out the styles?
