Nice. Would like to hear how the Alessio is when you have it.
I love the Alessio--very drinkable, like a less lemony Znaida. I also made a "white negroni" with it (Broker's/Suze/Alessio/Bittermens Boston Bittahs) that was nice (I'll either switch bitters or omit next time, though). Wish I'd brought a bottle of the Sutton Cellars vermouth back with me, too, though. @fairlynerdy
