Had a choice between Johnnie Black and Glen Livet at the airport lounge. I went with Johnnie but maybe I should have went with the pedestrian single malt.

went to my 'regular' pub that I don't regularly go to much anymore, their bottle collection is pretty skimpy, so I had Macallan 12 and Glenfiddich 12 to choose from... so I drank both.

I have to think after the Macallan the Glen Fiddich will taste like coloured water.

Most of your posts in this and other alcohol related thread make no sense. Are you sure you drink?

Sipping some Founders Dirty Bastard now.

Had a Thomas Hardy Ale that really...wasn't good at all.

Also made a cocktail whose name I don't have. 1 1/2 oz cachaca, and half of cointreau, lime and coconut cream. Could only find coconut milk. kind of worked. needed some more sweetness. I think I'll do a .25 ounce maraschino or simple syrup next time.

I don't know that your response answers my question.

Just spent two hour in a car getting home in a snownami. Going for some Lagavulin DE to start a night of unwinding.

currently finishing off a bottle of '09 Lapierre Morgon Beaujolais that I opened on Saturday night. I was lucky enough to find a place that 3 bottles of this left. Very impressed so far with this vintage. It will be hard to let the other 2 age.

I drank some Miyagiyou, and some Talisker's Distiller's Edition, among others. Where is I<3Bacon at lately?

Drinking Sam Adams Infinium Ale now. Awesome fruity malty taste with a dry champagne like finish and champagne like carbonation. I'll be stocking up on this one for sure.

Longrow 14 year old. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Much more balanced than I'd expected.

Making a trip to the package store tomorrow to buy another BenRiach 16 year old for Christmas, any recommendations of something that I'd like in a similar vein?
