I went to PDT the other day and I asked for something with tequila and the bartender made an infante. Basically a margarita with orgeat instead of Cointreau and nutmeg grated on top like a sling. Was pretty tasty.
Yeah, three parts tequila, two parts Cointreau (or the Patron stuff), one part lime. Not sure how I'd feel about the infante--would have to try it.
Actually, a simple paloma makes me really happy.
