Cask aged Negroni (cask previously held Manhattans). Two weeks in so far, first taste. Very slight hint of the Manhattan. Vermouth is either starting to oxidize or it's the blending of the Manhattan. Already a little extra depth, don't think I'm going to need to let this rest for 2+ months like the Manhattan.
Huntsman (or others who have aged Negronis): how long do you usually let yours age? 2L cask in my case.
