My aunt got me this peaches and cream liqueur for Christmas. It's just cloyingly sweet, overpowering. I can't figure out anything useful to do with it. Any suggestions?

I saw some recipes online that used it in dessert recipes. Might give that a go, better than pouring it down the sink I guess.

What is it, not that Qream stuff? Dunno, but if it is artificially flavored, I don't see the point in keeping it.

It's from a distiller in West Virginia. I think it's all natural, just really sweet.

Hm. Then why not run with it and use it in a Silver Fizz, or sub it for the cream in a Ramos? Maybe even pile on the peach and swap the gin for a peach eau de vie.

Bobby Burns and writing an honest to god personal letter to someone. Making it reminded me that I need to pick up another bottle of mixable scotch (I typically use Teachers, but Black Bottle for this one since I wasn't sure if there would be enough of the Teachers left).

Always a nice drink, just make it with more Benedictine than the recipe recommends. Because Benedictine is tasty. And a scotch with some smoke to it.
