Which sneakers would you want?!!

Both sneakers are from 2011 ss Kris Van Assche collection. I'm going to get one of them, but I just can't decide which one to buy. The first one, Nubuck high top, is good for me because of high and solid neck since I'm going to cover the neck with bottom hem of my jeans. However, when I do so (I've tried), it still looks nice but looks a little too simple because all the details at the neck are covered. As of now, I like the second one with unique style of lacing because the lace is still showing with the neck covered with hem. However, the second ones have lower and a little flimsier neck compared to the first ones. Please give me some of your opinions (plz keep in mind that I'm covering the neck with bottom hem)
