They do that? Just wondering how that works. Unless there's extra leather left over (like extra material in a suit), how do they make the shoes bigger?

I doubt it. Maybe you could have them stretched, but relasted is probably not an option.

This will be my last comment, but, FYI, a bump is a GOOD THING. Once your sale gets onto page 3, you're pretty much buried. Take the bumps when you can get 'em, friend. BUT, be sure NOT to bump your own thread. Just edit your original.
