if the length is perfect, and i assume that it has a plain hemmed bottom.
if thats true then where will you get the cloth for the cuffs?

editing
i just got your picture. you are going to need for a 1 3/4" cuff at least,
4.25" of cloth from the present finished length. is there that much inside the hem?

alternative, do you have a tailor that can do false cuffs?

There is 3 inches of material folded under.

I am thinking so too, Spoo. 1 3/4 inchers. I have to get the waist taken in, so I might as well.
