Quick question on the measurements:

For length, when you say "top of neck", are you adding the collar to this length?

(most people on here measure from bottom of the collar).

I am looking for a BOC length of around 29".

Best to go by the measurements, but I am a 36S and it jacket is too big for me. I would say a 38. If you want me to take any more measurements or pictures just let me know. Thanks.
