Condo Floor Plan

Hello all What kind of furniture would you get and how would you arrange it using this floor plan? On the left hand side of the floor plan, you'll see three panes. Those are windows looking out to a city view. I am a young bachelor so no family. I will be living here by myself so I only need one bed. Thanks for your suggestions

Doesn't matter when you have two baths!

Odd configuration.

It's got to be a loft. A lot of loft designs do not have a walled-off bedroom in order to maximize the open feel of the apartment. Still kind of weird that guests will have to go through the closet to get to the bathroom that they presumably will use.

Odd indeed; 3 sinks in a studio, with a bathroom leading to one closet and a closet leading to another bathroom. Cant do much with the columns and the doors being the way thier are.

Still doesn't make sense. Even in a 1-BR I wouldn't want a second bathroom...what a waste of square footage. Hell, even in a 2-BR (depending on if you have some random craigslist roommate vs a roommate you know well or a significant other) I generally prefer single baths since the space could be better devoted to something else (use those water hookups for in-unit laundry in your closet!)

I also probably would not buy property without a separate bedroom as a young bachelor...better off renting and having a bedroom.

Yup, it's a loft. It's supposed to be a "2 bdrm loft" but I will be living there by myself. I will put my bed next to the master bath. I will then put glass sliding doors walling off the bedroom. I just don't know how to configure the middle and bottom half part for my living area. Do i put a desk in the middle and then have the living room w tv set up in the other "bedroom" against the south wall? Or maybe in the middle i should just have a sitting area? Or maybe some other configuration? I'm open to all of your suggestions. Thanks for your help guys.
