Bicycles that we ride.

I see there are threads about the cars and motorbikes that we own and ride, there is not much about the bicycles that we ride. So I thought I would kick this thread off with pics of the two fine machines that I've owned and ridden recently. Attachment 61443 Last year in Zhuhai. Attachment 61444 Fairly recently while living in Hangzhou.

Cool bikes. I don't have any pictures of mine but lately I am mostly riding a 2010 trek hybrid.

I have one old steel bike I built with campagnolo parts from the 70s. Again no pictures. I can't remeber the frame I used. I resprayed it and since forgot who made it.

Also have a Bianchi like Marco Pantani used to ride, and a specialised fixed gear.

There is a long bike thread in health and fitness. I ride a Pegoretti and a Merckx MXL.

I don't think my first Zhuhai bicycle would have really qualified for 'health and fitness', the thing had a small 2-stroke engine fitted. Good fun to ride though. The second time I went cycling in Zhuhai, it was not petrol assisted though. http://gallery.me.com/gomem/100342/2...12914652160001 Sometimes when cycling in China we actually dress the part. http://gallery.me.com/gomem/100031/I...12776107100001 And where riding Danon folding bikes, no engines.

A 1995 aluminum Specialized Rockhopper Deore LX hybrid. I added a suspension seat-post a couple of years ago -- will probably spring for a more upright-friendly set of bars this year or next.

Will try to remember to take a picture when the season starts again.
