FS: John Lobb Prestige Double Monks - Size 7.5E UK / ~8.5D US - 7000 Last

As much as it pains me, I am letting these go. I purchased these new and have worn them no more than 4 or 5 times. These are John Lobb Prestige double monks. Black calf. Model is called "Naseby." 7000 Last. Incredibly supple leather (best I've seen), beautiful silver-tone buckles, nice rounded but sleek last. Very light creasing, almost no wear to the soles and heels. I am including the shoe trees (generic but fit the shoes well; not lasted/JL). I am also including the original box (a little beat up), shoe bags, shoe care insert, and tissue paper. John Lobb Prestige line shoes retail for something like $1500+. SOLD Measurements from outsole: Length = ~11 11/16ths inches; Width = ~4 inches Photos:

Im destined not to find my double monks at a great price. Im convinced. Any 8.5 out there is stoopid to not have kopped by now.

I just bought the 'William' for $465 and that didnt include the original box or tissue paper, etc. This particular model also retails for more than the William. In addition, these appear to be in better shape than the ones I purchased. So yeah, great price.... buy 'em

Typical questions but critically important for those not familiar with JL...

do these fit TTS?
length and width?

I am between a US 8.5 and US 9 and just a litttle wider than a US "D" width.

I believe I'm the exact same - I wear an 8.5-9D in loafers (anything bigger than 8.5 and I run the risk of the length being too much, but even 8.5 and even 9Ds are sometimes too narrow for me). Usually a 9-9.5D in oxfords. 7.5E UK in John Lobb fits me like a charm.

As an elegant, black, double monk, this is pretty much the pinnacle of the style (or at least damned near for non-bespoke). If this is a style you're looking for to add to your shoe collection, I don't see how you could pass these up!!!
