White dress shirts - ARROW

What happened to Arrow shirtmakers? Anyone knows?
It's a long time since I been to US and now that I was looking for their website can't find it.

Sorry if this has been covered before, but need advice where to get plain white cotton dress shirt fitted/slim fit.

Not the hi-end, don't care to spend a fortune. Looking for best value for money.
Any suggestions? Brands?

I think they are carried in stores like Kohls and Sears. Maybe JC Penny as well. Not really the best bang for your buck as they're pretty low quality

If you need a white dress shirt, don't buy Arrow. At least buy a shirt that is 100% cotton.

Go to a discount store like Ross, TJ Maxx, or Burlington Coat Factory. There, you'll find Arrow sometimes, but you'll also find much better stuff for the same money. I regularly see 100% cotton Polo, Calvin Klein, Nautica, and Kenneth Cole there. Some of those are better than others obviously, but I find all of them to be a step up from Arrow. I don't think I would ever purchase an Arrow shirt considering the other stuff available for virtually the same money.

Well some decades ago arrow was considered good where I come from.

The problem is that in this part of the world we don't have Ross, TJ Maxx, or Burlington Coat Factory shops. So only online shops would work for me. (I'll go check if they have websites).

We only have Marks & Spencer and if you don't like that the next choice is GUCCI, Dolce & Gabbana and others at EUR 200+ which I don't feel like spending for a shirt.

I was looking for a low price/good quality combination.
Just the standard white shirt to wear at work.

What is gold here is not my duct tape wallet, but the knowledge of some guys who are so kind as to share it without judging others for their limited knowledge especially if such options are not available in their countries.

Yeah, these brands are better than Arrow, Hillfiger shirts arent too bad either and they're cheap as all hell if you have those where you live.

Is ordering online an option for you then?

I didn't know Arrow used to make a quality shirt. I'm only familiar with their recent offerings that I've seen in stores, and it's stuff I just wouldn't buy compared to the other offerings I can get for the same money.

FWIW, I don't spend lots of money on shirts either at this point. I generally try to spend less than $20 when possible. I have to look for a while, but I've been able to find plenty of good 100% cotton shirts in that range.

I now have enough shirts for what I need to function, and I'm about to start saving to have some made for me.

If the part of your world does not have Ross, TJ MAxx, or Marshall, what about TK Maxx or something similar. I saw you mentioned EURO as the currency, so I assume that you live somewhere that has discount stores. I have never been to TK Maxx, but I heard that they sell things quite cheaply, do they not?

Try ordering onlie from Brooks Brothers, Harvie & Hudson, or TM Lewin. Those would be far better options and more affordable as well as well (€35-70 range).

We only have Zara (Inditex) M&S, H&M and some local crap.
Zara has nice fit but you can never get the right collar. Also the fabrics aren't very good choice.
All the others fit like tents.

I will try the online shops of the brands you mentioned,

Anyway, still looking for the definitive budget RTW white shirt.
