Hey everyone,

I just bought this Ralph Lauren Jacket which I like a lot, and was wondering if someone could tell me if its a fake or not. I bought it used. As you can see on one of the pics (there's a button and a pocket), you can't see the Ralph Lauren logo from the inside. I heard it should be like this, else it means it was stitched on later, but that was for normal polo shirts, so I'm not sure if that applies to jackets as well.

Else, the material of the jacket feels really good.

Here are some photos.

Also, apparently there should be another Tag below the big "Ralph Lauren" Tag at the top, but apparently it's not there in my case.
And the zip is on the right on this jacket. On all other jackets (no matter which brand) that I have, it's on the left. The little thing that you slide up basically. I have never seen this on the right side of a jacket, but maybe it's normal.

Thanks a lot! smile.gif

I would say it is real, based on several observations.

- The Polo collar tag is real - it is not printed, which is usual with fake PRL.

- The pony logo on the right side seems nicely done.

- Product tag seems legit.

My two cents.

So you're saying I've bought a women's jacket? :D It doesn't look like one – but who knows? Any way to spot it, apart from this?

Just to precise again, I'm talking about the puller of the zip.

It is real. It is also 100% a men's jacket.
Aside from the obviously masculine styling, the throat latch is left over right. In the US a lot of men's zipper pulls are on the right side.

I didn't know that, guess I just learned something!

Okay, I guess it's real then. I paid it 40 Euros with shipping. The material feels so good, I love it. I'm not sure if it was a good deal, since I don't know how much it cost new. But it doesn't look used, and everything is perfectly clean. I'm happy with it :)

Any people familiar with Versace in da house? Need help to determine if a Versace 2 piece suit is genuine. Cheers!
