Not doubting you, but how do you know the first one is made by Incotex. All the incotex I have seen are either made in Portugal/Romania if they're cotton, Italy if they're wool (most of the time). I don't think I have seen Incotex that's made in Canada so far. Just wondering how do you know it's made by Incotex. The tag kind looks like it, but I don't see a split back

Nice Flannel in great color in any case.
