Retail: $2,450 (at Maxwell & Co.)
My Price: $599 Now $549 $400 CONUS (Canada +$15, Elsewhere +$30) This will be the last drop on this suit. Objectively, I think this suit is at least equal to, and probably superior to, Isaia.
I wasn't familiar with the Bielle Collezioni suits until I saw this one. It's really, really well done. Beautiful fabric, tons of handwork, and a great cut. A lot of the details remind me of Sartoria Partenopea, including a very light, soft shoulder with gentle pleating at the sleevehead. The retail on this was $2,450 and I think that was already getting you a lot of bang for your buck. It's really tough to find an Italian suit these days with these kinds of details for under $3,000 retail.
The suit is full canvas, with hand attached collar and sleeves, and really discrete pick stitching on the lapels (looks clearly hand-done to me). There is even some discrete handpicking at the shoulders.
Side vents, soft 3-roll-2, fully lined. Pants are flat front, lined to the knee, with belt loops.
Fabric is a mid-grey flannel, three season weight. 100% wool, and I'm guessing Super 110s or 120s.
Measurements of Coat:
Chest 50"
Waist 47" (measured at middle button)
Shoulder 20.5" (measured straight across at widest part of shoulder)
Length 33.5" (top of collar down)
Sleeve: 26" (unfinished, basted, sleeve buttons included)
Measurements of Trousers:
Waist 41"
Rise 11.5"
Thigh 15" (measured straight across from the crotch)
Knee 11.5" (measured 15" down from the crotch)
Hem 9" (will likely be 9.25" when you get them tailored)
Pictures (close up of pant front is most accurate color)
