Same as this one but with a different paisley center color

Light olive suit, ecru shirt, maroon tie

socks probably don't qualify as CBD but it's my way of sticking it to the man

Not a good look

Olive and maroon aren't good colors together. Olive and navy, sure. But maroon?

I do not endorse this categorical statement.

Light olive is just something that should not exist in mens wear. There's no justification for it, especially for a suit.

I disagree, perhaps not CBD, but fine for a garbardine summer suit! bigstar[1].gif

Neither the tie or its knot seem to be up to your usual (high) standard

@ Butler: cut is nice, it fits well, and in the camouflage environment of greenery and leaves, it would almost be enough to make me think otherwise but I cannot get behind that color, and I know it looks atrocious once you step indoors

gdl - sorry to let standards slip. I quite like the tie - it doesn't photograph well, but has the right mix of conservative surface and interesting surface for me

Agree on the knot, however...it is shockingly difficult to get a good knot out of. Hadn't tried for a while, and may not try for another long while

I really don't know what you're talking about. Light olive is a great color for a light weight suit. You just have to be careful what you pair it with.

Don't take it the wrong way but obviously you think it's great since you bought it and choose to wear it. I personally think this is a train wreck of bad taste, so it's clear our views on the topic are going to diverge significantly :
