Nicely done, gdl. I especially like the warmer tone of the PS compared to the white shirt; it provides a nice bridge between the shirt and tie.

I like the suit and the micro check shirt, you seem to have quite a few of them. This one is I like best so far. I like the tie pattern but I share Manton's opinion on red ties, not my cup of tea, unless it's wine red.

This one again is somewhere between a burnt orange and red. Maybe blood orange...

G, where is the tie from? I know the tie is obviously a more intense reddish, but something about the cream color in the geometric pattern calms the color down (at least that's how it appears in the pictures).

Edit: If it's blood orange as you say, then it's even cooler.

8 or 9 cm width? I find that their 8cm ties have a very significant and slim bottle neck design, which results in a very tiny knot, also impossible to get a good sized dimple. Yours however looks quite full, hence my question.

8 cm. It is very thin (unlined) so I doubled the knot. Dimple (and overall knot shape) is still the same 7 hours later so no complaints there...

Shirt is light cream (panna).
