CBD WAYWRN: An Experiment - Page 102

I've been asked for a picture of how the Minnis 520 Fresco looks when made up as a blazersuit. I know some don't like the points up PS, but I like it with linen squares with colored borders.

Thanks.

Yes, shoes are too light. I was actually wearing light gray pants with this outfit today. Since someone asked for a picture of the suit, I swapped out the pants so he could see the full rig.

Looks great; think that might be the next length of cloth that I pick up. Did you get the suit made local?

Have you lost weight? If not, very flattering cut on that suit.

This is great except for the overprecious fold of the square. Best post in days.

The 520 is a nice shade of blue. Love the dry texture of fresco in the close up. Great tie, too.

@ zbromer - whole thing looks great, including the shoes (IMO.)

Thanks, guys. The suit was made by Gordon Yao. I have lost a decent amount of weight over the past year, but my clothes have been much more flattering since I started using him. I rarely wear a suit for work, but I need to on Thursday. I'll post another Yao. He is pretty underrepresented here. I swear that the square is just stuffed in the pocket. The points up just tends to look a little too perfect sometimes, which I guess is the problem with that fold.

^^ I know those of you who live where it's cold are sick of wearing flannel, but I'm envious.

It looks a little better in real life, but I agree. I'd love some pointers on how to make these contrast color squares work. Maybe it's the quality of this square. PG's looks much better.
