I got this beauty as a gift for graduating and passing the bar, but I find that I need cash for other things rather than a fine briefcase at this point in my young career. When I do go to court, I'm the guy sitting second or third chair and I'm hauling in boxes of documents on a hand cart for the partner, rather than carrying this sweet briefcase for oral argument in front of the SCOTUS. 
It has not been used, except when I walk around the house pretending to be a big shot. No tags attached and never got a dust bag. It's not branded as a Pratesi but the size, hardware and design are identical to the same models (in different colors) that were recently sold on SF. The only other indication I can see is the made in italy and genuine leather branding on the inside pocket.

Sorry to borrow the language from wetnose, but the description is essentially the same.
The briefcase is a medium brown color, I believe the first picture is the best indicator of the true color. The briefcase has a triple gussetted interior, including laptop section, one large zippered pocket, two pen holders, a cell phone holder and 1 small open pocket. I've also taken a close up pic of the hardware. Dimensions: 17" x 13.5" x 5.5". The internals are pristine - see attached. (again - never used it)
The max size of laptop that can be fitted into it is 15.25 x 10.25.
Brand new, the Pratesi branded version is $565 at amazon. It's probably more expensive on the Pratesi Italy site. I haven't seen this color on either of the sites, but I didn't really dig around much.
Also, I'd like to note that there is a small scratch, scuff, or surface mark on the back that probably occurred while in storage. It's very minor and not very noticeable in person, but I'll make a price adjustment accordingly.
Looking for SOLD shipped via paypal personal payment please. I'm only looking to ship CONUS. I'll sell to whoever pays first rather than holding anything if it comes to someone asking for a hold.
