Due to work style changes, I will be relying less on suits in the coming year. And since I've become rather panda-shaped, I would like some nice sport coats so that I am not stuck in just shirts and trousers.
I work in Houston, Texas so I need tropical type fabrics on the lightweight end as we're already hitting the 80 degree mark and it will only get (significantly) hotter. Lightest wool, linen, silk, even cotton are acceptable.
I generally fall between a regular and a long so either is usually good for me. A little tailoring is no problem.
Two button, 3 roll 2, or 2 1/2 are preferred. DB will be a bit too formal looking for my purposes and I don't care for true 3 button.
Slim fits are out since I now border on the 'executive'/'portly'.
Colours suited to navy, grey, khaki, cream, black, olive, and other earth toned trousers.
Since I'm losing weight and intend to be back to my fighting weight next year, I would like to err on the cheap side since I will only be wearing them for a few months and probably selling them on at a loss after.
I enjoy better brands but considering the fact that I don't want to spend much money, I will gladly consider whatever you might have.
