RW tend to run a tad larger I think, but again it all depends on what type of socks your going to wear while wearing the boots.. i.e., short sport socks, hiking type socks, high sport socks, etc. those can affect the fit...

best bet if unsure is go somewhere local and try them out. But from my experience I wear a 44 in CP's and a 10.5 in most dress shoes.
