I've got an older BBGF white tie shirt here. Made in England. It's in pretty good conditions. Nice and white and I can't find any flaws. It's just about the same as the new ones: side chest vent to assist with studs, tie loop at the base of the collar at the neck, loop to button to your pants, the works. Single cuffs, 2 stud front with stud hole at base of bib (this won't be visible with vest in place). The only difference I can tell outright is that the new has pleats at the cuff and the old has shirrs.
You'll need a collar. If you don't have one already, the BB website has them or, if you like, I'll do some eBay scrounging for you.

P2P - 48-ish
shoulders - 19
sleeve - labeled 36, but measured 33 from middle of neck to cuff

This is a great shirt - and hard to find at a discount. I got a collar from the vintage chirt co, and it worked perfectly with the shirt.
