Four Seasons is probably one of the best hotels in the world in Milan.

4 star? the hilton by the train station. easy to get to and get from, reasonable restaurants in the area, you can walk to the cathedral and the castle.

I honestly don't know if its 4 star, but I have reservations at Starhotels Anderson near the train station, walking distance everywhere. It gets 4.5 out of 5 stars by nearly 3,000 reviewers on this page: http://maps.google.com/maps/place?hl...ed=0CD4Q4gkwBA
