i guess it's the best way to look "tough" but still be warm (puffer jackets are not that intimidating).

Ah I see.

I'm seeing it all over the place, and just the hoodie + leather jacket combo in general is showing up a lot.

I'm not as irritated by the popularity as I am by some dudes who try too hard to pull it off.
