Thanks mate. I wasn't aware of the fungus and stuff. And my gf has some spray she uses inside her shoes........it keeps shoes fresh (!) and kills bacteria . She has been wearing her shoes sockless for god knows how long. I might just spray some of that on my shoes.

I found these today at Rite-Aid. They were BOGO with the Rite-Aid loyalty card so I paid 9 bucks for two pair. All I was looking for was something to keep the tops of my toes from being sanded to raw, bloody nubs. Mine are women's sizes but they stretch to fit me and they stayed in place all day.

I'm already going into Rite-Aid on a weekly basis to buy pump pouches. Now I've got to buy them to protect my feet?

What's the verdict, JJ?

Not bad. I had one incident of heel slippage in wearing them around for a day, but I think that was more because I forced my foot into my shoe in a hurry. Looks like they are a startup, as the packaging was bare bones. That said, I'm considering buying a three-pack, unless there's a clearly superior alternative.

If people are still looking for great choices for no show loafer socks they should give Falke a tray. I have their loafer sock and family sneaker sock and both are no show and the fit is perfect. They also come in smaller sizes than most loafer socks.

Ordered a few pair of the MS & Co. socks. The socks could not be seen on a size 13 foot while wearing a boat shoe or loafer. Quality seems decent, though flat-seam toe stitching would have been much more preferable.

I just bought this sock online, all the no show ones I buy online are low enough so we will see how these go. I think the heel area might be still a tad too high or with some of my loafers exactly the same height as the shoe so the sock might get pulled off when I walk...oh well we sill see.

I dont like the feeling of any part of my naked foot on the leather insole so those "Pump Pouches" wont work for me, but I never had the problem of the top of mtoes rubbing against the leather.

I'm going into my second summer with my MS & Co. socks. With slightly looser-fitting shoes, like boat shoes/casual loafers, they fall down incessantly. Many times, I just forget they've slipped off my ankle and are kind of puddled under my foot. Most of the time, though, I just yank them back up 5 or 6 times throughout the day. With trainers or anything with a tighter lacing system, they're great.

I've just bought the Falkes and really like them. They have a little rubberised section on the interior of the heel that stops them from slipping. The fit is good and they are no-show.

What brand is this, Chris?

Falke........it's the best. It's also sized unlike all the rest.

Either order online, or try Saks in NYC.

I've been following this thread and wanted to see if you would be interested in trying out Ninja Sox.  Other SF members have been trying them out and they've all seemed to like them.  Here's a 30% coupon code: SF30NINJASLTDNEW

Let me know what you think.
