red wings for breakfast brah! Your body doesn't need breakfast, it just cares about total caloric intake and macros. If eating breakfast helps you reach those goals go for it but for plenty of people it's completely unnecessary.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast provides the best nutrients value required people to start their day off right.
